Steps to attend the Youth Conference:
Register no later than Sunday, 31 May. Registration in now CLOSED.
Submit a permission/medical release no later than Sunday, 5 July. You can find the form here.
Form Instructions. For "Event Details" (the first section), you only need to complete the Event Name (DOS Youth Conference) and Event Dates (9-11 July). Please complete all other sections. For participant and parent/guardian signatures, typing out full names will suffice.

What to Expect at Youth Conference
Thursday, July 9: Travel, Church History, and a Dance: We’ll start by traveling to Kirtland, Ohio, where youth will visit inspiring Church history sites and learn more about the faith and sacrifice of early Saints. After dinner, we’ll head to Hiram College, get settled into rooms, and kick off the conference with a bi-stake dance.
Friday, July 10: Workshops, Field Games, Variety Show, and More: Friday is packed with energy! Youth will enjoy company activities, a morning devotional, gospel-centered workshops, dance classes, outdoor fun, and field games. In the evening, we’ll come together for a variety show and finish the night with a variety of activities the youth can choose from.
Saturday, July 11: Service, Testimonies, and a Strong Finish: We’ll wrap up conference with a devotional by Sister and Elder Johnson (area authority), a tour of the historic Johnson farm, a service project, company activities, and a testimony meeting.
